Great walk along White Beach in Boracay

It was a nice swimming at the Puka Beach. Some of them bought some necklace and anklets which made from puka shells. We rode the motorboat and proceed to White Beach. It is a long 4 kilometer White Sand Beach which was the main attraction of the island. It was divided into three stations.

Station 1: This is where we drop off from a motorboat and ended our island hopping adventures. We thanked them for assisting us during our snorkeling and swimming activities. We were amazed the beauty of Station 1. Actually, this station you will find the best white sand. It was pure and powdery. The station was less crowded than the rest of the stations. We stayed there for 30 minutes to take some photos and started to do strolling. :)

It is a long, long walk on the island but we find it entertaining because of great views along the coast line. I had to admit that the sand was the purest I touched in my whole life. I enjoyed it especially that we passed to different hotels and resorts and take time to have some shots.

What's that green along the shores? Actually, it was a green moss or algae. It was usually appear during calm season but it was not harmful since it is beneficial to the environment. It may defect the white sand view but it makes the beach unique.

Stop over at Willy's Rock

On our way to Station 2 we immediately recognized Willy's Rock. It is one of the famous landmarks in Boracay where most tourists - foreigners and locals stopped here to take photos. Actually, there was a statue of Blessed Virgin Mary and Catholics paid respect to this site and pray too. During Holy Week, this place was flocked by people.

Station 2 is the main even in White Beach. Many establishments were here such as restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops and many more. A place called D'Mall situated along Station 2 is an array of shops and restaurants. At night, this place was filled with parties and dining activities. There were several hotels and resorts along this station.

Station 3 is the nearest of all stations to the port of Boracay. However, beach was a bit rocky along the coastlines. This station has some hotels and resorts. We also found a transient house that we stayed here for 2 days. The best tip for budget beach goers is to have a transient house here in Station 3 and hail a tricycle to D'Mall and enjoy the view at the beach front and have some different activities there.

Our one hour and a half stroll to White Beach was really fun and fulfilling. We enjoyed our walk and we wanted to do this during our nighlife at the Boracay.

Continue to the next Boracay adventures! :)
